Worse experience ever trying to buy or build dealing with him and his realtor !! Scammers, price gouge you to death , lie and extremely rude and unprofessional. Haven’t heard one good word about them and will never ever recommend them !

Worst landlords ever. Never fixed anything quickly, if anything at all. Never answer office phone. Leaves unfair bad review to new potential landlords. Worst place to spend your money if you’re going to live somewhere.
