I would respond in a new comment but they have blocked me because I seem to be the only one with enough balls to say something. I will say they responded very well. At the same time, they responded so quickly because I pushed the issue, and boy, did I press it. I lost 400 dollars on my paycheck taking time off work to deal with a dog(I love either way and has become a great pet) that was advertised as a lab retriever mix and is definitely not any of those breeds. Amazing facility! They have the best care for dogs n cats.
The people that work there are awesome! Very friendly and they care a lot about how you are doing after you adopt. Would recommend to anyone
I went there today to get a small to med. size dog or puppy. I was disappointed the only 5 dogs I seen were 3 puppies which I found out weren't part of the free adoption then there were two med size that the older woman to me wouldn't work for. The one she said was full of energy the dog just stood there looking at me. The other one was on a special diet that would be to expensive for me. I don't know that it wasn't totally explain. We are blessed to have such a phenomenal shelter/clinic staffed with an amazing caring team of people... I'm going to say that it's been a blessing for my family having such an amazing clinic just up the road..
