I come here all the time with my son after his appointments. We have decided a few days ago to adopt 2 kittens and the staff was amazing. They are always so kind and the facility is always clean and the animals are happy. The adoption process was quick and staff made sure all of our questions were answered. Thank you little traverse Bay humane society! You guys rock :)

I think that they do an amazing job for the community and take very good care of every animal that comes in. However for someone who owns 100 acres of property. They wouldn't adopt to me because I don't cage my dog, really.... where on earth is she going to go. Its called good training and spending time with your furry kid. I couldn't believe it, they wanted me to take away the freedom of my Pure Bread English setter so that they would allow me to adopt a lap dog that I wouldn't let run free anyway, not because of it running... read more
