I love the staff here. I've had to bring my son in twice and every time they have made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. They seem to really care about my son and his well-being. If your little one isn't feeling well and you need to see a doctor quickly I highly recommend little spurs.
I'm fairly certain this placed saved my babies life. At three days old and on a Friday afternoon, I noticed her spitting up was getting really bad. I called many places and even though they usually don't see babies her age, they said to come in. I was so relieved and thankful. The dr saw her, he had us do several things and then told us he thought we should go to the hospital. He called ahead, faxed our records, and we got to the hospital and ended up being admitted. Strong work from the staff at Little Spurs! No wait time and excellent looking facility.
Very nice staff! We saw Dr Williams and she was very sweet to my son and also very thorough. We were in and out in under an hour. Will definitely go back next time the need arises.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. It didn't take much time to wait while they processed my sons paperwork. Dr. Robin Williams was great with my son, knowledgeable and was quick to diagnose and send us on our way with all the right meds. We will definitely be back with any other urgent care needs.
Only pediatric urgent care open before 3pm around Houston, no long wait times!
This is the worst place to take your child too. We went there this past Saturday because my daughter had been sick and was dehydrated we were there for over 3 hrs waiting to get her set up with an iv just for them to come into the room 3 hrs later and say they do not have the equipment to do it. But they were quick to change my account for $125 when they provided no service to us other than give my daughter Tylenol which I could of done at home. I don't recommend this place the staff is not incompetent.
