I have a child who's been trowing up, she trow up just outside the establishment and in my car, they had 1 person in front of us, and they just take there time it's been 2 hours and nothing, and yet my child hasn't been seen. I dont recommend this place this is my second and last time. no one communicates and explains what's going on, or why theres a wait, in other clinical places they do.
My son has been sick for four days running a fever, and other symptoms. He is two years old the doctor walked in looked in ears, he has tubes, and listened to lung sounds and stated it was a virus. Assessment was horrible, no swabs done for strep or flu or anything! I have been a medic for 10 years, and would never assess a patient this bad this was after waiting two hours. Went to urgent care creekside the next morning when he woke up on day five with 103.0 fever and was immediately swabbed and tested positive for strep. Wo... read more
Just left there after taking my son who has been running fever for over 72 hours not being controlled with Tylenol or Motrin. The doctor was not very kid friendly and scoffed at my 2 year old because he would not open his mouth on demand. Overall the experience was not what I expected for paying $150 and driving an hour to get there. Should have just stayed home and called his pediatrician tomorrow. **Update: took my son to his pediatrician because he still has a fever not being controlled with Tylenol and Motrin. These people they take their sweet time to see a few families with their sick children!!! It’s an URGENT CARE!! Not a wait forever place. I waited 3 hrs to be seen today. Will not be coming here again, if I would have taken my kids straight to the hospital I should have been home so lo g ago!! If u have something urgent, don’t come here for an urgent care. There is nothing close to URGENT CARE IN HERE!!!
RecommendedTook my grandson there , the staff was very nice and professional. Dr Jace Balzen was really good and patient with my grandbaby. I would recommend Spurs Pedi to anyone seeking urgent care🙂
Nice employees, clean facility, little to no wait time. We are first time parents and the Nurse practitioner was very helpful along with the nurse staff. Definitely will go again when I need to.
Loved it. All the staff members were nice. The doctor was great and very thorough!!!!
