The nurses are very friendly and professional. As well as the doctors! Not a long waiting process, everything moves pretty swiftly and efficiently! They're patient w/the children and good at what they do! 👍🏽👍🏽 2 Thumbs Up From Me.
HORRIBLE!!! Sat there for 4 hours with 3 kids and they swabbed my son and daughter and said they were fine. Brought them the next day to their pediatrician and it was strep! Even my own 11 year old who is not a doctor knew it was strep!! Horrible place do not EVER GO TO LITTE SPURS!! HORRIBLE!!!
We had a great experience at Little Spurs. The front staff was very helpful with insurance issues and the Dr was kid friendly & knowledgeable. This is our third time visiting over the year (or two?) they've been open. We had one visit with a male dr and he was not super kid friendly but still knowledgeable. It is our pedi urgent care choice in Pearland and there are a lot of options!
Avoid this place. My daughter was brought in with a cold and fever. Dr. mentioned one of her ears looked red but refused to prescribe antibiotics. My daughters eardrum ruptured!! After seeing a real doctor, we are now waiting to see how much damage was done. Very disappointed, take your loved ones to a real doctor.
I am very upset. i had to take my niece to the doctor the next day after seeing you. Her ear drum had ruptured the doctor was so mad and said even a reg person could see this. My niece went through so much pain bc your clinic send me away with a virus. I will not be coming back or reommonding you to anyone. I am so disappointed
Hi, my english is not so good but I want to rate the Service in this clinic. And it resumes in one word: terrific! I loved the nurse and the Doctor. Both so lovely with my baby, and so patient with me. My baby had a few health issues beyond of the reason why I took him there last Friday, and doctor was so comprehensive with me, answer all my questions, about the virus that day, and all my doubts about my baby's condition, which is strabism and macrocephaly.
