We adore Dr. Miller and the entire staff at Little Gators, but I have to give a special shout out to Andrea, who put my sweet little Lila at ease when she was most nervous. Lila hasn't been the easiest in the past, but by the end of the visit, she was laughing and hamming it up like she owned the place! I credit a lot of that to Andrea's attentiveness, playfulness and caring enough to explain every step to Lila in terms she'd understand. During our last two visits more time was spent completing paperwork or waiting to speak to the dentist than was spent cleaning my kid's teeth. The first time it was because a new employee was learning the computer system, but I'm not sure what the hold up was on our last visit. I'm guessing it is because my son got a bad report on his teeth and that I needed to speak to Dr. Sotto. Our kids have been patients of Dr. Sotto for 5 years now. The staff is friendly and Dr. Sotto is professional and wonderful with kids. The office itself is amazing--it almost doesn't feel like a dentist's office. As adults, I know we can do without the fancy waiting room. However, for kids, the office holds much needed distractions to make the anxiety of a dental office disappear.
