We have used Little Gators for years. Their front desk staff is friendly and helpful, the dental hygienist have ALL been amazing with kids, and Dr. Sotto has been great. The entire office is geared towards making a fun and engaging environment for children. (No crying kids or scary machines here!) We are never kept waiting past our appointment time and every child leaves with a great goodie bag. They have helped us through dental surgery and braces and will continue to be our pediatric dentist for years to come.
We had an excellent experience with this practice. Extremely kid friendly and very professional.

My 11-year-old son had a negative experience at a previous dentist office that made him very afraid of going to see a dentist. He has been going to see Dr. Sotto for about 2 years now. As we were leaving this office after his last cleaning my son said to me, "I actually like going to the dentist". I nearly cried! So happy with this office. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I can't thank Dr. Sotto enough. He has a great "bedside manner" and relates to well to kids and parents! :)
What a great place to take kids! They were absolutely fabulous with our son. It was his first visit and they really did a great job making it fun!

Brought my boys here. Dentist never even said hello to the kids. Just waked up, rattled off a bunch of numbers, got up and walked away. Never even came over to talk to me (the parent) and left pretty much ALL the work to the dental assistants. It sucks paying dentist rates, when we're not really getting a dentist. The office is awesome and is very kid friendly. Well decorated, TV's for the kids to watch while in the chair and toys for the kids upon leaving. But that's where it stops. The entire staff is so welcoming and nice!
It’s a beautiful office, nice staff but the dentist did not actually even speak to us. Considering our boys are only five years old, we would need feedback from the dentist and not just a hygienist. This practice is too busy and there is no personalized attention
