Dr. Sotto and his staff are amazing. Always so professional and they make the kids feel so comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better pediatric dentist.
We love Little Gators Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Sotto. The office is not only very clean, but adorable on the inside, plenty to keep little ones occupied during their visit. The staff is super patient and understanding. My son has sensory issues and they have always been very good with him. Highly recommend!

Dr. Soto is great. The office staff is welcoming and comforting to the children. The kids love the decorations and tv during cleanings.
Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. The hygienists are always great with my little girl. The doctors are great about answering questions and taking their time with each patient.
Little Gators has been so amazing to us! From the incredible staff to the super kid-friendly waiting area, it is a no-stress environment for everyone. The staff relates to the kids so well. Can't say enough about Dr. Sotto and this team!
