Great staff and facility the kids love going.
My son's first time going to dentist. The office is clean and modern. The waiting room is filled with a plethora of activities for kids of all ages. The staff was friendly and explained everything as they went along. They showed great skill and patience with my son. I was apprehensive on how he was going to react, but they really manage to deal with him skillfully. The downside, and it is a big one, is when they said they were going to bring him back by himself. The dentists are very kind with kids. Excellent environment. They are fast and always in time, no wait. The only thing that I don't like is that I have to wait in another room while my kid is with the dentist in the exam room. This could be okay for big kids, not for a 5 years old girl.
Both of my kids are really comfortable with Dr. Sotto and the staff there.
Everyone was friendly and courteous. Never felt rushed or negative vibes.
My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. Now this may have something to do with the awesome waiting room and promise of a toy at the end but they love it here. Their only complaint is that they don’t get to spend more time waiting in the waiting room!
Even though we moved and now live about 45 minutes away I still bring all of my kids here as they are just so good with them!
Brought in my 8 yo to have 3 extractions. Some initial anxiety but Dr. Sotto quickly put child at ease and was able to perform the procedure with no complications or concerns.
A great staff. Their very friendly and easy to talk too.
