Have brought our fairly new camper in twice for same issues and still not fixed. Waiting for manufacturer to approve...again! Now we have to pick it up and bring it back once the approval comes back. We weren't allowed to take the paper that showed what was completed with us. Had to take a picture. Service should really walk with the customer and make sure everything is correct. Even then things checked off were still messed up. Oh and they didn't have us down for the first reservation spot we had.
If you try to get warranty work done, they don't care and will put you in the back of the line, quoting 6-8 weeks, even though you just took the trailer off the lot. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely pleasant to deal with Ronnie (sales) and Hans (Demo handler). Answered all our questions -- even called Grand Design Factory rep so we could talk to him about structure, insulation, and other out-of-sight items. Purchased on Tuesday, scheduled Demo walk-through and delivery on following Saturday and all appointments were kept and assistance rendered cheerfully. Not a single disappointment.
Beware of their $650 add on FEE, that they don't explain up front! Sales manager not helpful!
They all were the greatest. Got us into a trailer with less than perfect credit. Super happy with the service we got from everyone. Gary was our salesman and was purely awesome and didn't try and force any sale. Will definitely be going back we purchase another RV.
