Traded in my older coach for a newer on at the Prescott Valley location. Danny, Theresa, Gary, Pam and Colt have all been terrific in helping me transition from my old coach to the newer one and they made it easy to get my repairs done so that I was not aggravated. Colt and Pam go above and beyond and you can tell they like their work and their customers.
What a change ! Been to this dealer a few times in the past with not so great customer service but today was awesome. Ernie greeted us immediately !! Showed us around for about a half hour and I can’t say how great he was. He knew we were only looking and had no issue showing us around. We will 100% be back to see Ernie to buy a trailer ! Awesome people who are there to help you purchase the right RV for you and your family. No hard sell, just great prices and great people. We have also had our RV there to be worked on and they are top notch at what they do making sure that when you leave with your RV you wont be back because they missed something. We purchased this hunk of junk in March. Have put less than 2000 miles on it. Spent a month in the shop there for something draining the battery. It now sits in our driveway unable to start with a dead battery once again. The dealership will not even return calls.
Still have our trailer going on 4 months and can’t give me a date that it will be ready for pick up. Very bad at completing work so people can use their trailer

Excellent purchase experience. my salesman Gary Corato was like a breath of fresh air no high pressure. Just riendly honest straight forward information. and Amber Potter in the finance dept was just as nice No surprises or last minute fees. the Service dept and walk through was very through and detailed. Woody did a great job making sure I knew how things operated. He took extra time with me to insure my equalizer hitch was set up correctly and all systems were a go.
