Frank was wonderful during the buying process. Terry helped us with the pick up time and set us up to learn all about our new 5th wheel which was informative and reassuring. However, Harry, the service manager at Deer Valley, is why I would recommend LDLP. He went over and above to help us get on the road as scheduled after we had a problem with the AC in our new unit. If your in the market for an Rv or trailer, I would highly recommend this place. Walking into their makeshift campground was awesome and really gave you a feel of what it would be like to be out camping with a trailer/rv. Kyle was real informative and absolutely no pressure at all! He even came in on his day off to help me with the process and I am now the proud owner of a travel trailer. The staff is super friendly and extremely eager to help with anything you need.
Lola is amazing and we are truly happy. We looked at many different trailers and companies and she was the only one who followed up with us. We love this place and will always use them.
