The fresh water tank on my trailer started leaking, so I bought it in for repair. The service advisor advised me that the welder was a little backed up with was. I was pleasantly surprised when the water tank was ready for pick up before the estimated time of completion. Thank you for your service.
This is a great place to buy/ service an RV. They are willing to teach and answer all the questions a new RV owner might have. Service explains everything up front and what costs might be associated. So no surprises! They do all this with a smile!!
Don't get service there. They never do the work and they don't care what the customer thinks
Once the warranty work was approved by the manufacturer , they did their best to get me in and out in a day. Thanks to Andrea and Steve and all the others that were very helpful this week.
The salesman, KC, was very helpful. He took the time to show us the models on the lot even though it was 105 outside.
