We have made several major purchases with this company and have found that the prices are more than competitive. The staff is personable, friendly and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Every time we visit this dealership we observe exciting changes in their Frontier town and the I door campsite.
Great people, had to have a brake job done while here for vacation. Great service, prices and very honest. Friendly people. If I lived closer would use them for all our rv needs.
THIS COMPANY IN MY OPINION HAS A TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT WILL TAKE YOU 30 DAYS TO GET ON THE CALENDAR AND THEN WHO KNOWS HOW LONG AFTER THAT. i PERSONALLY SPOKE WITH NO BALLS ROGER CHAMBERLAIN THE COMPANY VP AND TOLD HIM THERE IS A BREAK DOWN IN COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN HIS PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION TEAM THAT HAS THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD LITTLE TRAINING AND THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION COMING DOWN FROM ANOTHER WORTHLESS EMPLOYEE GEORGE SPRAGUE THE COMPANIES SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT SOCIAL MEDIA AND BLEW M... read more
Been trying to get a phone call through for two days and not one answered call. Thats good bizz.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS, I WOULD. This is the worst place for customer service and for their SERVICE CENTER. We purchased a 2015 Jay co Motor home from here last December. Let me put it this way, they have had it in there service center more than I have had it in my yard. I took my motor home in on July 22nd and just got it back yesterday, November 2nd...they had it for 101 days.
