They don't return your calls!!! Bought mine NEW from them and they have had it for 2 months and its still NOT READY!!!! As far as I'm concerned they can keep it and we will cancel the whole thing. Very POOR customer service! In my opinion.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. We had horse trailer issues when we were on a trip to Arizona we ended up having to leave our trailer with these people to be fixed they have given us the run around for 4 weeks. We stayed for a week hoping it would be done with no luck and had to return back to Idaho. 4 weeks later here we are still getting the run around and our trailer just barely being taken care to find out they need to order more parts and a tire.
