I brought my husband in for out patient surgery. The doctors, nurses and staff were extremely thorough, very compassionate and helpful. I would recommend this,hospital again and again. Thank you.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Desai operated on my husband's torn rotater cuff and then came out to explain everything to me and my mother-in-law. He is very thoughtful and caring.
This hospital is very rude, I hate coming here. The front desk have no customer service.
My father is currently being treated at Little Company of Mary Hospital. We left Saint Bernards because they had totally missed the diagnosis and released him. Once we got to Little Company, they diagnosed the problem immediately in the ER. Further test confirmed it. The hospital is immaculate. The staff are friendly, professional and the Doctor's bedside manner is absolutely wonderful. My Dad says he is being treated like a "King". This one of the worst hospital, I been too beside south suburban. This the hospital my network is in OMG ... Horrible!
Never had a problem good place both of my daughters born there couldnt been at a better place.
I went to the ER for a head injury, I got there at 7pm. The front desk person, Dan, was rude and ignored my questions on several occasions. I waited 5 hours to be seen, then I was finally called for a CT scan, after the scan I was asked to sit in the waiting room again, I waited for another hour before I was taken to a room in the emergency department where I waited 30 mins to see the "doctor". I was visiting a friend! Every member of the staff was polite, helpful and personable! I was impressed by the care given to my friend. Her only complaint was the FOOD, but there's nothing like a home-cooked meal!
