I was ordered 3 months of physical therapy for hip and knee pain by my PCP and given the information for LCMH. Their physical therapy department is fantastic. Their front desk scheduler was very polite and helpful. All the therapists were fantastic and responsive to my needs. Some hard work and excellent guidance from their (wonderful) physical therapists and I am up and moving with no issues. They finished with a great aftercare plan and I would highly recommend their services! :) thanks ladies!!

Just like most you have kind people and some not so, but my overall experience was pretty good. It was crowed and they seemed to be working hard to get people out in a timely manner.

One the worst hospitals in Chicago my mother from upstairs by herself she needs assistants getting around and they just left her there in the lobby by her treat people how you wanna be treated

Unorganized. Waited just to be told they don't take my type of insurance. Why did the desk lady tell me this when I first got there and took my insurance and ID information.
