I came in 2 weeks aho and specifically told the Dr's I had blood clots after a long day of flying and my birth control being listed as having side effects of clots. They didn't take it seriously and 2days later I almost died from pulmonary embolisms(blood clots) on my pulmonary arteries. Thank God my heart pushed them out to my lungs or I would have died. I've never felt more ripped off in my life. I went into one of the care clinics for a cold I had been dealing with for about a month. They took my blood pressure and temperature and then the doc came in and asked me a couple of questions. I was there for about 30 minutes including wait time. The doc was with me for about 5-6 minutes. Ultimately, he recommended that I continue taking the medicine I was already taking and to give it another week or two. See my post below. Never again. If me or my family ever needs ER care again, we will go up to Christ. ER service no where as good as it used to be. We still Dont have our prescription from our 5 1/2 hour wait last night. Shame on LCMH ER. Now falls in the same category as Holy Cross
I brought my mother, who had a bleeding head injury, to the LCM ER. As we entered she was instructed to take a seat in a room full of individuals that were not visibly have medical issues. The ill mannered female desk clerk seemed to have an attitude with life this making the check in more painful than it should've been. Meanwhile, my mother had to wait 40min before bean seen even thought she visibly was bleeding(bled through two sets of bounty paper towels that I brought). This place to Me is no better than trinity they both suck , they don't have you waiting as long as trinity had me and my mom waiting , but they have you waiting for a generous amount of time , and btw I think some of the staff are racist people
I had my son here in December 2014, and they helped make the experience exactly what I hoped for. My doctor and nurses were very patient during my 22 hour labor, and were not even a bit pushy towards a csection. Everyone was so respectful and personable, it felt like having friends and family taking care of me as cheesy as that sounds. This will most definitely be the only hospital I will ever choose to deliver my babies at.
Great care given after surgery. 1st time ever there. Kind, professional, and friendly.

Little Company of Mary Hospital's customer service representatives are rude and completely unprofessional. I spoke to one lady about a bill I received and told her I could pay a certain amount each month. She told me that wasn't enough! WHAT?!?!?! She then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't establish a payment plan with them I would be put into collections if the full amount wasn't paid within 60 days.
