Rude, under-cooked/incorrect order, waited an hour beyond the said pick up time on a to-go order. I called back to express dissatisfaction and was hung up on because “we don’t have time for this”. My child could not eat his dinner because the chicken was raw, one of my other children were missing their dinner, paid for ribs and received chicken tenders. We ordered 2 ribeye steaks & they looked grey, very fatty, & tasted like crap. Baby Red potatoes are served mashed in a cup & cold. The fried shrimp was wet & not done. I do not write reviews, but this restaurant food was terrible.
