They are updating the fuel island for trucks, main parking lot is really tight getting in and out, and has several containers all over. Easier to park in over flow parking across the street, and play human frogger to cross the road.
My husband and I stayed here for a nice weekend away to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was very friendly and even gave us champagne to help us celebrate. The room was great and quite large and the grounds were expansive. Room service was quick. Just wish there was more normal seating at the bar; the outdoor patio was closed due to the rain. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for the first weekend in fall and the grounds were beautiful. For the room it was spacious but bathroom not very clean on floors. We got a premium room and it wasn't. From the pictures we saw online to what we got was not the same. We heard how good the restaurant was in the lobby, it was awful and pricey for what you got. Rooms are massive. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Flagstaff.

My favorite hotel in Flagstaff. Love the big rooms, comfy beds, awesome bar, great food and the grounds are beautiful. The view from the rooms we stay in are breathtaking. We try to go up every year for our anniversary in Feb and enjoy the snow. The staff is awesome.
