Just a wonderful place to spend the night (or two or three). The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special (for a special occasion). We are already planning another stay. Their hiking area is very nice and Flag is a nice town to "investigate". Yes they are remodeling and there is some issues, but worth it. The rooms are very clean and quiet!!
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! Only a few complaints but overall it is a good place to stay
I adore this place. My first time here for the North Pole Experience. The rooms are very vintage classic with lovely furnishings and lots of space. Our room had a great view of the woods. Lots of area outside for the kids to play in the snow. The staff are very friendly and it's well decorated for Christmas. This will be where we stay on any future trips to Flag!
Hotel is older, but in good condition. One suggestion, they should move the loading of the NPX to somewhere other than the main lobby. It was too crowded. Pass on the buffet. The food was so-so and the service was terrible.
Although the rooms are a bit outdated, this place is awesome! We came here for the "North Pole Experience" and got a package here at the hotel that included dinner and a breakfast buffet with Santa. We were lucky enough to get a major snow storm which has absolutely added to the magic. Everyone here has been so friendly and Santa was great. The food options at the buffets were really good! We will definitely be back again!
