A beautiful hotel with antique finishes. The lights around the hotel are what make it all worth while!! Loved it! Can't wait to go back!!
My daughters and I had a wonderful time!! Santa was the best part. He was amazing.
Hotel staff is so friendly. Clean rooms. Went for the North Pole Experience and the hotel was beautifully decorated. We will be visiting again!!!
What a wonderful overnight stay. We came up here for the North Pole Experience and also did the Polar Express. We purchased the package that included the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet with Santa along with our room for the NPX. Everything was fantastic. The staff was friendly, kind and very attentive. The grounds are pretty and beautifully decorated with Christmas lights this time of year. We would definitely come back again.

Even though it is a large hotel, the staff makes it feel intimate and comfortable. Rooms so clean and comfortable, a beautiful setting, and great service make it a great choice.
Lovely hotel with a family feel, spotless, great food. Bathrooms were of another era but immaculate and with the best shower pressure to get you going. Would visit again, great staff.
I've never stayed here before but this is a rest stop we always use in Flagstaff. Excellent bathrooms!
