We had the best experience from the time we walked in the door. It was about noon when we arrived to have lunch before our trip to the North Pole the Restaurant experience was awesome and the view was amazing along with watching the snow fall. Once we got back from the North Pole there was so much snow it was the start of a White Christmas.. My 2 kids ages 5 and 9 has an amazing time and will made this an every year tradition. Would've been a 5 but was disappointed when I called front desk asking if there was a microwave in hotel. Very politely front desk said I would have to walk across parking lot to brown building for one. It was 10pm and I wanted to heat up my leftovers from a wonderful meal from down stairs restaurant. Thank goodness for the hair dryer. Great place super nice staff and Christmas lights.

This was our first time here with the family and we stayed for 2 nights.! Our room was clean, beautiful view and the staff was friendly and happy! We went to the North Pole experience and it was so perfect because everything was so convenient with the trolley, gift shops and lights. It was beautiful and the lights were amazing at night. The lobby was gorgeous with all the christmas decor.
Great place to stay. Staff and food were amazing. The restaurant is expensive so be prepared to eat the complimentary meals or eat elsewhere. The one thing I think they could do different are far as the rooms is to move the refrigerator out of the bathroom and put it in the room. Nobody wants to have to get a beverage from the bathroom after someone has just got done using it if you know what I mean. It just doesn't make sense for them to put it in there.
