We came to the hotel to do the NPX. We arrived at 1:45pm on a Saturday and it was a madhouse. Wall to wall people checking in to the hotel and loosely contained chaos for those checking in to NPX. It was still this way when we returned at about 3:30, still Madness. The NPX gift shop had terrible cheap gifts, mostly light up junk. No mugs or snow globes etc. The hotel its self was beautiful and pretty but you couldn't pay me to stay there in that chaos.
We went for the North Pole experience and also to gather our family of 8 for our Christmas photo. The staff directed us to the dining area, which was much less crowded than the lobby, and took our family picture with a beautiful tree in the background. A wonderful staff, and a wonderful experience for Christmas! Thank you Little America! Merry Christmas to all! 🌲☃️
We started a tradition of coming up the hill for NPX, and we always try to stay here. I think this is our 4th or 5th stay since we got together. Whether its NPX, or playing in the snow, this is where we prefer to stay. The staff is always great, and we are looking forward to next year and seeing the place after the remodel. Thanks, PD.
Great, comfortable place to stay-- reminded me of going to grandma's house it was so comfortable. Great food as well!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We came for the Northpole Experience and the hotel itself was beautiful and updated. I loved all the Christmas lights and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were happy and very friendly. Our kids are already asking to go back!! Thank you for a lovely stay.
Every year it's an amazing time. Can't wait for next year.

This was my first time here with the family and we loved it! Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and happy! We went to the North Pole experience and it was so perfect because everything was so convenient with the trolley, gift shops and lights. It was beautiful and the lights were amazing at night. The lobby was gorgeous with all the christmas decor. We purchased the dinner buffet and breakfast with Santa too!! It was worth every penny! We will definitely always stay here when we come!
Great, NPX loved by young and old. Will be back next year.
