Whomever is running the Facebook page for TPC should be ashamed! When met with conflict, they put blame on the consumer instead of looking into matters. When a customer comes to you and says "my pet's life was affected negatively after staying in your care" you don't retort with "we did nothing wrong. I don't know what you're talking about". You try to figure out an answer! Awful customer service and, apparently, even worse pet care. I would never let my pets stay here!
Loving staff towards the animals and their humans! Very clean and a nice doggie playground.
Total pet care is the only place I would ever leave my pets. It's a Very nice place.
I started out with Dove at Total Pet Care and the pet's came first. To work there you had to be an animal lover. Dove and the staff take very good care of all the babies, the pets love them. I know this because I worked there. There's no better kennel than, Total Pet Care.
We have boarded our dog at Total Pet Care for eight years and find the staff loving, gentle, kind, and professional. Plus we use their day care on a regular basis. Our dog loves it at Total Pet Care! She is always excited to go and loves the staff. They have always gone out of their way to accommodate our needs and we are very grateful. We would never board our dog else where. They are the Total Package!!

We have used Total Pet Care with complete confidence for our dog, Chloe for the past 8 years. Chloe has become part of the "family" and enjoys her stays , whether a day or a week, to the point that as we turn the corner she starts jumping with anticipation. The owner and staff have always treated Chloe with gentle respect and we the owners as welcomed guests.

My Sophie loves to be there. She is well cared for and it shows.
my wife and i went in to check about having 3 of our dogs boarded while out of town and was told that i had to leave because of my service dog. the building look really nice but dont go if you have a service dog. wanted to see records of shots. very rude woman behind the counter. my wife spoke with the owner and was told they decide who can come in. i have reported them to the Department of Justice civil rights divison.

first of all you were not told to leave because you had a service dog, you were told your dog could not be in there with out proof of shots, I require that from everybody, I keep a couple of service dogs and police dogs. I don't care what the dog does he or she has to have shots to come in the building or to board, that is for all the doge protection, your dog is govern by the same rules as any other dog, I can not tell you how many times we have been told a dog has had all of his shots and then we call the vet and no he did... read more
I wouldn't have my dog anywhere else BUT here!!!! Great place!
