RecommendedMy fur baby has been in several centers to spend a night or two while I am away....she is beyond excited and happy before I drop her off at Total Pet Care and the same way when I pick her up. I chose to let her stay in one of the suites as she does not do well confined in a caged area. She does extremely well in the suites! I find they are well worth the little extra money. I’ve been bringing my buddy Coal to this resort for Yrs now and I totally trust that he will be taking care of. Also he gets groomed before we come pick him up on his last day and they do a great job at that Too.

My dogs have been boarded 2x and for 7+Days. Prior to boarding Dov gave us a tour of the entire facility, we got to see how the staff was interacting with the dogs (babies) throughout, I witnessed a dog mess on the floor them clean it up right away and it wasn’t for show. You wouldn’t even realize there are dogs or cats there is no smell, it’s extremely clean, everyone is well cared for. Terrible experience. Would not consider my instructions nor gave updates. I was rushed off the phone as well as rushed through touring prior to drop off.

wow just because we didn't keep the leash when your roommate dropped your dog off, it is our policy not to keep leashes, but sorry you feel you had a bad experience
