T PC is the best in Sumter. They take very good care of our animals and we could not be more pleased.
I just wanted to say that I've been at Total Pet Care for the past 9 months and could not be happier. Dove is a great person to work with and the love and concern she shows (on a daily basis) to the animals is awesome. It truly is a pleasure to work here. When customers come in and say that their pet is excited to come I can't help but smile. I have also had my own dog groomed and boarded here and would not trust anyone else. Thanks Dove......so much!
I cannot comment about leaving dogs here. But, think twice about leaving a cat here. You do not have a general population of cats together who have never interacted before. This is how she has her cat boarding set up. Cats cannot be just lumped together in one room and expected to thrive while in the care of a boarding place. You have some cats that are stronger personalities than others and they will overwhelm those who are not so strong. Absolutely disgusted by how this business handles conflict. A person with low sense of moral immediately deflects blame on a pet that thrives outside of the environment that they are responsible for. You are being PAID to make sure they are happy, safe and healthy and you didn't do one of those. The lack of professionalism to resolve this conflict or even acknowledge it definitely will make me always mention this place to make sure none of my friends ever consider this place for services.
A well set up place and filled with friendly staff. Person who owns the place loves and treats the animal as if their were their own. Have left my cat and dogs there many times with no problems and able to call and hear how they are doing. I never stress on vacation knowing they are in good hands, and love to treat them to the daycare service !
I would give 0 stars if I could for a lack of professionalism handling conflict. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want your animal back in the health they were when you left it with them.
Very friendly establishment you can tell they care for the pets like they are their own. Would recommend them to anyone!!! Clean facility plenty of room for the pets to relax and play in the yard.
We love total pet care, there is no one I trust more with my animals!
