Doesn't respond to requests from pharmacy medicaid when authorization is needed for meds, does not respond to psychiatrist when they call to request exchange of info, and staff booked an appt 3 months in advance, then said there was no appointment after my son and I arrived. Cavalier attitude that it was just human error, giving no credence to the great inconvenience and cost of my time and money that their "human error" caused. All the ratings are based on both my and my sons experiences.
Won't believe meds were not working, accused me of not taking meds or asking for help.. as well wrote scripts even though i didn't use the meds and tried to state that i was not my right to get med list
