My visits were maxed out at five minutes. She did not listen to me when discussing medication changes. I felt like my opinion was irrelevant and she just wanted me out of the office.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with my visit with Lisa Young! She was very understanding and caring, and I felt truly wanted to help me deal with my issues. I can’t wait till my next visit, and won’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a mental healthcare professional. Thank you SO much!
I found Lisa Young to be condescending and inattentive. When I first started seeing her she told me I was on the wrong medications, yet two visits later tried to put me back on the meds she has told me we’re wrong for me. Very little eye contact and nearly zero compassion.
Very unprofessional practitioner. Was argumentative and didn't take my condition into consideration before she made up her mind on what she wanted to prescribe, which weren't the right meds.
She is awesome!!!!! Cant say enough about her!
Very unprofessional practitioner. Was treated very poorly and she treated me less than humane. She bragged that she has "hundreds of clients." Would not recommend to anyone.
Lisa is great. She has a warm personality. She is genuinely caring. The problem is the staff. The receptionists are very rude. They are combative. They are unprofessional. Jen in particular has no class. I go there for anxiety, they add on to it. I would not recommend this place. Save yourselves the problems and go somewhere else.
Lisa is very professional and knowledgeable. She was a Godsend for our family. I have my son back!
My daughter sees Lisa and Lisa has been very personable and understanding in my daughters issues. I would recommend her to my friends or/and family.
