This was my first visit with Dr. Mack and she was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She really took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing, which I truly appreciated. She clearly explained everything and laid out my options. She also took the extra step to talk through a few alternative approaches, which helped me feel informed and involved in my care decisions.
Dr. Mack was truly amazing during my appointment. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel heard and understood. They took the time to really listen to my concerns without rushing me, which made a huge difference. Their calm and reassuring presence instantly put me at ease, and I left feeling much more comfortable and confident about everything we discussed. It’s not often you come across a provider who combines professionalism with such genuine care—Dr. Mack definitely does. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience. Doctor was very warm and pleasant and spent time talking with me about my issues and my care as we reviewed my chart. Her exam was thorough and not uncomfortable. I would highly recommend her to any one of my friends and family.
