There was no wait as I was seen by Doctor at appointment time; she took the time to answer all of my questions. Very pleasant experience!
Wonderful staff - my doctor was excellent.
First time meeting Dr Mack she was absolutely lively. She listened patiently to me and answered all my questions. As an elderly women with anxiety issues who still needs to see a gyn I appreciated the time she took to talk with me and make feel comfortable at my appointment.
Dr Mack is hands down the best OBGYN provider I’ve ever had. She’s the only one who has taken my menstrual pain and family history seriously. I just had an ovarian teratoma that needed to be taken out due to the pain it was causing me - when other providers wouldn’t take it seriously (just throwing more birth control at me for “pain control”) she did - even checking for endometriosis tissue due to an extensive family history.
