I wouldn't trust their service department to repair a bicycle at this point. It is one thing to make a mistake--- it is another to think that you can lie to a customer about the mistake. Thanks for a faulty repair; I won't be back.
My wife was recently in a wreck and our car was totaled. Buying a car when you want to is not always a fun experience let alone when you HAVE to buy a new car. Chris Williams was fantastic. Made us feel relaxed and welcomed and did everything he could to make it a great experience. In fact, while I was signing the paperwork, he went through his phone to find games for my 6 year old to play while he waited. He called and kept me in the loop from start to finish and we are VERY happy with our car!

Bought from Linwood for the first time today and I can't even begin to describe how wonderful of an experience it was. If you buy a car from Linwood's in Paducah, make sure your salesman is Joshua English. His customer service skills are through the roof! Wonderful job Linwood's, I WILL be back!
