I purchased a 2017 Jeep Patroit in July of which has now been in for warranty work for the 3rd time. Last week when we had a hard rain water started pouring out the dome light above the dash so they gave me a loner to drive. After a week and no phone call I called and was told they can't get it to leak and that Chrysler wasn't paying technician time and that I need to bring the loner back. Of course I'm pissed off �. It was a great visit. I was only there for a oil change, and the customer lounge was comfortable, relaxed,and allowed me to work while I waited. Nice GREAT STAFF& SERVICE. I appreciate that.
My experience has been wonderful. I've stopped in over the last several weeks test driving some cars. I am happy to say that on Saturday 5/20/17 Jeff Duncan & sales team were able to help me purchase a new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe! Thanks I love it!
This is our second car from Linwood in 3 months. Jeff Duncan was our salesman both times. We came back to Linwood because of how well we were treated by Jeff. Excellent customer service!! We recommend him all the time.
So not happy with the Service department , not really surprised after reading all the reviews, most have the Sam experience. but the sales staff are super nice. Make sure you get what they say in the service department in writing or you will get taken for a ride. Sad excuse for a dealership service department. Maybe they should work on getting one decent location instead of many lousy ones.
Always take good care of us and the staff is great
