I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the technician. This is a family owned company, not part of a franchise and they went the extra mile to make me happy.

They did a really good job and my floors look good. The only problem I had was with the scratches that they put on my baseboards. I had just painted the baseboards in my kitchen the week before and their machine scratched them up and I am going to have to repaint them now.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. We have already scheduled to come back and re-touch baseboard. It was not noticed during the time of the service. We always try our best to be extremely careful by putting up corner guards, warning everyone when the floor is wet or slippery or the hoses too hot, etc... this was an accident we intend to resolve. Thank you again for your understanding.
