The guys were very professional, arrived on time and were respectful of my property. They cleaned a couch, two ottomans, two area rugs and a chair. The price was very competitive (~ $170) and the result was good and furniture dry in four hours. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that their process left a sticky soap-like residue on my tile floors that was difficult to remove (took two passes with my mop and floor cleaner). They used a dry mop to clean up the excess water but that was not sufficient.

As you witnessed and mention, we make sure to dry anything that goes on the floor when we spray the upholstery, in 14 years of service we have not had anyone mention this residue but we will definitely make sure to assess it prior to our departure. I misunderstood what was going to be done. I thought they were going to move furniture to clean the whole carpet but only did the "exposed" areas. Did good job on them. Next time I would make it clearer.

We have no problem moving any furniture as long as it is not too heavy or fragile for us to move; we will then put plastic squares or foam squares under anything that is metal or wood to make sure it doesn't stain the carpet while it dries. professional. Cleaned sofa that specified "professional dry cleaning only" but was done with delicate cleaning chemicals and did not "bleed" as I thought. Good job.
