About every carpet firm charges $75 per room if not they want to charge more they won;t tell you up front like Linky. They take their time & do a great job even vacuuming the rooms

The guys were very professional, arrived on time and were respectful of my property. They cleaned a couch, two ottomans, two area rugs and a chair. The price was very competitive (~ $170) and the result was good and furniture dry in four hours. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that their process left a sticky soap-like residue on my tile floors that was difficult to remove (took two passes with my mop and floor cleaner). They used a dry mop to clean up the excess water but that was not sufficient.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We try our best each and every time we arrive at a service call. My apologies about any residue our prespray may have left on your tile. As you witnessed and mention, we make sure to dry anything that goes on the floor when we spray the upholstery, in 14 years of service we have not had anyone mention this residue but we will definitely make sure to assess it prior to our departure. Thank you again.
