The employees were very nice, respectable. Whatever solution they used to clean my sofa didn't work, it looked worse. I took my cushion covers off after they were done, washed them with my cheap laundry detergent & some oxi-clean solution, all dirt & stains gone. I think they just need a different cleaning solution. The guys were super nice though!!

Our most sincere apologies you did not have a satisfying experience with our results. Our products are meant to be very sensitive to make sure to be effective with various types of fabrics. There are some cases, though, that the dirt and or dirt is extracted from the filling materials thus making it a bit harder to extract the stain. Our products do not have anything hard chemicals, thus it make sense that a washing machine process was more successful.
