I paid what I thought was the higher end of the spectrum for an area rug cleaning. I expected a clean rug. The rug was not cleaned after the process. the following day i wiped it by hand with some woolite in a bucket and a clean rag because it had an odor. The water was filthy. I feel like I wasted my money. Very disappointed.
