I've only had the system for a few weeks and am pleased so far. Set Up was a breeze and customer service is top notch, send them an email and you get a response in minutes!

So far so good. I'm pleased with how easy it was to set up. The one thing I would suggest is warning customers that a powered z-wave device such as a plug-in light controller or powered thermostat control should be utilized to maximize the z-wave network's reach. Without it some z-wave devices may not communicate well with the home base. My Schlage Camelot lock works perfect now that I added the light controller downstairs. And it's so cool how the monitoring center talks to you through the base if you set the alarm off.
I love it! We installed it this week at our home. It took less than two hours to do it ourselves and is so easy to use. I can even an it from my phone, which is perfect for me because I'm forgetful loading two kids into the car.
Customer service is wonderful, easy to install, good monitoring prices and has worked perfectly for us.
