Great customer service. The cellphone card in my system triggered a notification. A new card will be sent at no charge.
I cancelled with Link but because their policy is a phone call they claimed I didnt. I then followed up with many emails stating I had cancelled. Funny part is that I NEVER in 2 years could find someone to help turn it up. It is NOT eady DIY set up and although i paid for 2 and half years of service- i never used it one day! Do not use them, they only care about your fee and upfront spend.
Great costumer service, set prices that don't change monthly whether it's 1 sensor or 128, good selection of equipment from regular door/window sensors to smart home technology and it's all easy wireless installation that you can take with you if you move (like we did).
