Staff unsure why alarm sounds while system is armed. None of their proposed reasons explained alarm trigger. Need better understanding of their equipment.

The customer service Ive contacted over the years never has the correct answers or remedies and the last 2 times were no different. Also I bought a fire and CO detectors together and my fire detector malfunctioned. Of course my warranty expired they said but to replace it they wanted a 20% restocking charge which I found odd since it isn’t working.
