Link interactive is always there for you when you need assistance. The staff is friendly and helpful. Been a customer for 6+ years now.
False alarm on smoke detector. Took 5 minutes to call sheriff's office which called me in less than a minute. Intrusion alarms go to message chat mode. never a phone call.. Nope no contract renewal.
Worst alarm company in existence!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
There are a LOT of alarm options out there and with current home automation technology it's gotten cheaper and better. Link Interactive has a high pressure sale then locks you into a THREE YEAR contract that you have no way out of without paying it in full. The only party able to exit the contract is them. Convenient (for them!) since most other companies have a 1 year contract. If they were giving you the equipment I would understand the 3 years but that's not the case. Buyer beware! I have had Link for a little over two years and have had problems on and off during that time. I have been having cell phone connectivity issues so they sent me a new cell card. The new cell card fried the panel and this is now my fault, even though I followed their instructions. I called tech support and they offered me the opportunity to buy a new one. After complaining, they offered me a few dollars off. DYI is great until something happens and they don't want to help. They will soon be just like ADT and won... read more
