I had ordered another pool cover from another company and it was the wrong size. I called Liner world and they assured me it would be the right size. It shipped immediately and was cheaper. Plus it came with instructions and spring protectors. Amazing service. Will buy from them again.

I had a great experience with liner world and love my liner
I ordered my liner in December 2022 as I was told they were hard to get. When my installers put it in and it was filling up I came home and saw that it was not the liner I bought! I called the company and they asked me to send pictures. They agreed it wasn't the right one. They wanted me to empty the pool take pool apart and send the liner back! All at me expense. I had already paid installer $500 and would have to pay that again. I just wanted my money back on the liner. They gave me $60 back! I have to live with this liner... read more
