Easy to use website, followed up with great customer service! Love my new pool liner.
I bought the liner March 6, 2024 and it was installed March 31, 2024. Last night it failed and ripped at the seam. I'm majorly disappointed. Since it's a little over a year I would only get $50. I have a friend that this happened to also. Save your money and go elsewhere. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN EVER! My parents died last year so the pool wasn't used a lot as we were taking care of his estate. We maimed the chemicals and water level but not high usage. Ordered a patch for a torn pool liner. It was easy to understand directions and it was easy to apply.
I had my beautiful new liner in 2 days, which was super fast. I was very impressed with how quickly it got here and how nicely it was packaged!!! It looks amazing, easy to install, and fit perfect!! 10 out of 10, highly recommend
I love my new pool liner. I enjoy the pattern specifically. Had one issue with my order where the bead receiver sent was a few inches short. Some of the pieces were undercut. I tried emailing to get my issue addressed but the customer service must not have understood my issue. I contacted someone directly online who understood my issue and got it resolved by sending additional pieces.
Order a new liner for my pool install it was filling pool noticed the liner began to rip at the bead. Call liner support it was a Saturday to my surprise they pick up right away. Explained my issue she had me send a picture. I did and within in 20 minutes my replacement liner was on the way. I received in 3 day reinstalled it. Looks great just a shout out to the customer service department turn a bad experience into to a very satisfying experience.
I had purchased a liner a couple of years ago and it wasnt wearing as it should, I contacted the company and they prorated a new one Which arrived in a couple of days! It worked beautifully with no problems and the company was a dream to work with.. strongly recommend!
Pool liner worked great! Super easy to follow instructions! Would purchase again.
Tie liner came quickly and it is very high quality The blue is very pretty also
