I made a warranty claim, June 10, 2024, due to a tear at the top of my liner. At a discounted rate, I purchased a new liner to replace it. I now have a tear under the water at the seam on the first liner. I have not installed the replacement one. I figured I would wait till the season was over to remove the old one and install it. However, I dont want to use a linerworld liner at the risk of it failing again. I want to return the discounted, unused and unboxed liner. I am very pleased with our pool liner purchase. Ordering from the website was very easy and the liner arrived quickly just in time for Memorial day weekend. It was easy to install and so far has been terrific. I would purchase from LinerWorld again. Thanks for saving the summer!

DONT FALL FOR THIS!I purchased a 700$ liner in 2021 for my pool it also included a lifetime warranty!!! The liner now cost 350$???!! They Refused to replace my liner. My liner busted at the **** and I called for my warrantied replacement liner and was informed that their warranty only covers a a PRORATED RATE, no where in my warranty when I purchased it has a prorated warranty. My liner arrived in a very timely manner. I thought the instructions were so helpful, this is the easiest liner I have ever installed using those instructions. I have been pleased with the quality of the liner and it looks great, I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. I would definitely recommend LinerWorld, LLC to anyone!
I highly recommend LinerWorld. I ordered the incorrect shape of the liner. When I called to resolve the problem, the representative was very polite and helpful. I did have to pay a restocking fee, but my new liner arrived promptly, was installed quickly, and the kids are enjoying swimming!
Liner is not made well. The clips dont stay on well and they put holes in liner. Ill be surprised if it makes the season. Very disappointing.

I bought the liner March 6, 2024 and it was installed March 31, 2024. Last night it failed and ripped at the seam. I'm majorly disappointed. Since it's a little over a year I would only get $50. I have a friend that this happened to also. Save your money and go elsewhere. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN EVER! My parents died last year so the pool wasn't used a lot as we were taking care of his estate. We maimed the chemicals and water level but not high usage.
