I had a liner fail shortly after filling, I took some pictures, and sent the warrantee claim email. I got a response the SAME DAY! And they shipped my new replacement liner the SAME DAY! I will be a repeat customer to any business that takes care of their customers as well as ******************** has.

No issue on your end, but your shipper left our package down on the public road and not on our drive. The item was moved by someone to another location obviously theft until they could see what was inside. It took three weeks to locate item and before then, no help from you or carrier service!
