My old pool liner ripped at the end of last year, so over the winter I went on to liner world and bought a new one. I have not been able to put it in yet, because we are still in the middle of winter. If this one goes in as easy and lasts as long as the other 1 I got from liner world, i will be very happy.
Great customer service! I ordered a new liner and accessories but inadvertently listed my sisters address for shipping. Since she lives **** miles away it was necessary to correct the shipping issue. ******** was incredibly helpful and it was straightened out. She also recognized that I had not included the free gasket kit that comes with each liner order. So, she was able to include the kit in my order. Really helpful given my lamebrain online ordering skills
