I had a great experience with liner world and love my liner
I ordered my liner in December 2022 as I was told they were hard to get. When my installers put it in and it was filling up I came home and saw that it was not the liner I bought! I called the company and they asked me to send pictures. They agreed it wasn't the right one. They wanted me to empty the pool take pool apart and send the liner back! All at me expense. I had already paid installer $500 and would have to pay that again. I just wanted my money back on the liner. They gave me $60 back! I have to live with this liner... read more

This is the 3rd liner we have purchased and they all have been amazing. We decided this year to dig a deep end in our above ground pool and their expandable liner is amazing.
I have bought several liners over our 30 plus years of owning a pool and have never had any negative issues
