They are trying to extort payment for a running a toll booth in ******** with a ******** license plate that was returned to ******** 3 years prior to the alleged incident. I tried calling them, but they informed me that I have to prove that I no longer own the vehicle. The violation in dispute happened in 12/22 when I was ********************************************** ******* in 8/19, and the plates returned to ******** at that time. This business is a fraud! They are actively trying to get money from me for items that have already been paid for. I confirmed that the payments were made and there is no outstanding balance that has not been paid. They had copies of my bills for Go-Pass (which is for toll roads). I have field a BBB complaint and will send a not to the bar association if they do not leave me alone.I have seen and read other complaints online about this firm that are not flattering. Apparently these people make their money by sending out bogus collection letters. They are saying I owe Toll fees in ************ and I have never been. I honestly dont know how they sleep at night.

I received a letter from this firm. I repsonded to them via letter. I wish I had got it certified letter. But that will be next. Today I got noticed from the ******************* taking 300$ state refund. I spoke to Linebarger Rep ( I recorded the call also) and spoke to ********** I have to go to court to show them im free and clear and paid everything off years ago. This is fraud on Linebarger part!!! I will not stop complaining until they're out of business!

************* Started sending me collection letters MONTHS AGO. They've resorted to spam calling my mother's work and refuse to stop. Apparently I owe over $1200 in a state I've never been to for driving when I've literally never driven outside of highschool.

This law firm is claiming I have unpaid DELDOT tolls in the amount of $88. After sending proof of car registration in a different state, they sent a letter 9/19/2023 saying my dispute was deemed valid and account recalled from the office.However, 9/27/23 they sent another letter still claiming I still owe money. When I call the office, the automated message also states I owe money. This is not accurate.

Absolute scam. Paid a parking violation and still received TWO debt collection notices. Called the number and spoke to the absolute worst person in the world, who clearly has a chip on her shoulder and a face for radio. ******** yelled over me many times and then had the audacity to tell ME to calm down over and over despite my simply trying to explain that I had already paid my bill. I wish her the worst, she should be fired instantly, and this entire business should be shut down. There is no way this is legitimate.

******** service agent yelled and hung up on me when I asked questions about my bill. The WORST!! Not sure if this is a scam or legit.
