Absolute scam. Paid a parking violation and still received TWO debt collection notices. Called the number and spoke to the absolute worst person in the world, who clearly has a chip on her shoulder and a face for radio. ******** yelled over me many times and then had the audacity to tell ME to calm down over and over despite my simply trying to explain that I had already paid my bill. I wish her the worst, she should be fired instantly, and this entire business should be shut down. There is no way this is legitimate.

Received a citation with a bogus plate number in a place I have never been- AND I was in another state on that day. Definitely has to be a scam.

This is the biggest scam ever. We need a class action law suit against both them, and Harris County. Been billed repeatedly after paying this invoice they claim is from 2006. Harris County claims my account is closed with a zero balance, but these ambulance chasers harass and verbally abuse people. They reported me to the credit ****** and then claim false information over and over. The employees, ***, Deisha, and ***** are all a waste of oxygen. This law firm operates in a manner that can only be described as grossly incompetent and shockingly negligent. It's baffling how an organization tasked with representing the government could be so haphazard in their approach, especially when it comes to verifying the identities of the citizens they relentlessly pursue.Their lack of attention to detail is astounding. This so called company is a scam. I was billed for a toll in ********. I have never lived outside of ******* my entire life. I definitely haven't been to ********. I called for multiple days, mailed disputes and sent emails (multiple hours and hours of my time and frustration). In total it took about 3 weeks of my time dealing with this - It was determined that the tag was from another state and the number was incorrect. It was resolved and account was brought to zero. My fiance received a letter day B4 yesterday over a claim that was stated around 20 years ago in *****! Over a bus ride that costed a dollar. But for some reason the payment did not go through! The money was on the card he had swiped the card. Then he was kicked off the bus with his daughters that were little @ the time who are now is grown. & over a messed up seat belt. NEGATIVE FIVE STARS for harassing a senior citizen with a bogus toll charge (plus added fees) in multiple mailings.
