******** that buy 3rd party debt without even checking if its a real debt. then send yellow pee color letters of warning lol. got some **letter from them on none existent debt for the house that has been sold 2 years ago. never had any debt and that letter was a bull. I will be reporting them to the attorney general for fraud.
Got a letter from them demanding $250 for a red light ticket that one of our employees may have generated in a work vehicle, however we called and asked to see the proof, as we never received any red light tickets or late fees, etc. They would not provide any proof and even admitted that they had sent the "ticket" to the wrong address. I received a letter yesterday informing me of an unpaid citation from May, 2017 for the **************. I never received a citation from the ************** and tried calling. The letter does not state my license plate number or make and model of vehicle cited.The representive over the phone was rude and unprofessional and kept asking for my personal information other than the address the letter was mailed to.This debt is not mine and I believe this is an illegal attempt to collect payment from somebody who is not responsible... read more
I have now received 2 letters from them stating I owe $60 in toll booth fees in ********. When I call them I never get anyone and when I try to pay online there is no place to pay. Is this a scam?
I have received 3 letters stating that I owe parking tickets. I owe none. These people are getting away with scaring people into thinking they have outstanding debts.Can't believe I have to leave a star rating when it should be zero.
trying to collect on a parking ticket from 2019 in 2023. i called my city court and asked about it. the ticket was resolved in 2019 and they never contacted this law firm to collect on it.
Received a second notice toll bill for the ********** road around ****** from this firm. I explained I never got a first bill or a first notice. They said they sent a first notice which was returned to our street address, we only get mail at a po box. Woman said it was not her problem. I offered to pay the toll without late fees and she was very rude and condescending, no professionalism at all. I then called ***** and paid toll directly through them. Will never deal with those idiots again.
These people are running a scam. They are sending my elderly father, who is also a veteran a bill with late fees for not paying toll road fees in a state where he hasnt been. I tried to be Mr. nice guy and call them to let them know they were not only billing the wrong person but they were sending it to the wrong house and the person on the other end of the line made it abundantly clear that there position is not to resolve but instead to collect no matter the circumstances. You wont get a ***** from this family.
I have had nothing but Problems with this Firm..My Son borrowed my Vehicle to go to Conn. and had to go through Mass to get there well of course they take out ppl from The Toll Booths and new drivers even myself at times miss going through the Tolls toll problem that my youngest son got because he is 22 he I am outraged with this Firm.
