Sending me letters stating I have outstanding traffic tickets in a city I have never been. Letters states I have a warrant for my arrest but the violation is supposedly 7 years old. License plate on letter is does not belong to me , my name is incorrect , how do they even have my address? They want me to send them $1700 .Now they are contacting my wife trying to get money on a totally unrelated issue. After 2 minutes of research we found there to be no issue . This organization appears to be a a complete scam
Someone needs to stop this SCAM before it hurts people. Received a collection letter today talking about I owe $10.
We just received a "Notice of Delinquent Court Fines" for $350.60 for the court where we lived over 10 years ago from Linebarger Goggan ************************************************ L.L.P. The letter threatens "Failure to pay will result in the suspension of your driver's license or non-renewal of your vehicle registration." Totally unethical. This ***** based firm sent a collection letter on behalf of MA DOT for false car related charges when neither the car with associated tag or I have been in ** in car. Ethics complaint to ** and MA is in order. BBB is worthless if they do not consider complaints in their ratings.
Scam. Just got a collections statement with my Reg# and a list of supposedly unpaid tolls! How is this being allowed!
Despicable vultures incredible that we let companies like this exist. Sent a bill for over $500 for something that is not even mine. Refuse to take down my dispute, vile and Disgusting human beings somewhere theres a lawyer sitting, laughing away, making money off this they should be in jail
I received a voicemail from a ***** @ LGBS and on that message she leaves personal and confidential information implying a debt and threatening to take me to court. To my knowledge that is against FDCPA RULES AND REGULATIONS Guidelines not to mention I was listening to that voicemail on speaker and in public!!! How embarrassing and I had already been in contact with *********** Collectors need to be retrained and *************** shut down!!
They don't deserve 1 star. JUST AWFUL!!!! My husband and I went through a $4 ******** toll, we didn't get the notice in the mail, then were informed by LGB&S that we owed $91. We tried to dispute the claim but they denied it. They're scam artists. I hope they can sleep at night robbing people blind.
They are scamming people. I got a letter in the mail saying i owe a fix it ticket for a **** tenant window in **** which is not true. The letter said they will be taking 361 dollars out my state tax. How can they scam people like this?
