Just got a letter for unpaid court fees from a city and state where I haven't lived in 7 years. $150 in fees tacked onto a supposed $40 balance. Luckily the city they chose let me search the case number given in the letter, or course it was bogus.
Scammers! BBB do better. This company should be out of business with all the scam letters they send! Read your reviews! They sent us an unpaid roll with a bogus license plate and pa roll account number. You should be ashamed of yourselves for giving them an A+. I will no longer trust this site for any information.
Just as many other people have made complaints about this company. I also received a letter from this company saying that I have a toll ticket on *********** which I haven't been there for the past 25 years. Sent a collection letter in my maiden name for outstanding tolls for ********************* in 2020. Ive never been there. The license plate number isnt even mine! I called- they said it was random search and they would remove my address from their system.
BEWARE TOTAL SCAM Received a notice that I owe *********** tolls from September of 2020. The letter lists Toll Plazas where the supposed toll occurred that do not even exist on the *********** (or Turnpike extensions). DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FRAUD
I just received 2 letters from Linebarger saying that I have unpaid court fees from ***************************. I haven't had any court matters or tickets from *********** since...2009, I think. And they were paid.These guys are scamming people!!
****, second time they tried to collect for a speeding ticket with my maiden name and address with a bogus license plate in a city I never been in saying there is a judgement against me. Should be shut down
Letter saying its from the OK Tax Commission--bogus account number--do not owe. All they do is scare people into paying! Should be absolutely shut down. Should have legal charges brought against them.
Just got a notice in the mail that I have fines of $300 owed to ***************************. I haven't lived there in 5 years so I knew something was off. I looked up the "court case number" on the official ***************** website and it doesn't exist. Complete scam, especially since it doesn't even tell you what these supposed fines are for.
